Brock Lesnar vs Fedor Emelianenko UFC Betting Odds: First, it was Anderson Silva vs. Fedor Emelianenko that MMA fans would obsess and salivate about, night and day. Now that people are realizing that the former WWE champ is for real, the new dream match is between Brock Lesnar vs. Fedor Emelianenko Betting Odds.
Just moments after Lesnar’s successful title defense over a battered Frank Mir at UFC 100, the questions about Russia’s “Last Emperor” coming to the UFC began to surface… again.
"This Fedor thing has gone on and on and on," UFC president Dana White said in his post-UFC 100 press conference. "Eventually, Fedor's going to be here. I want Fedor. I want him to come to the UFC and everything else… This guy (Brock Lesnar) just won the heavyweight title, and we'll end up getting that deal done. And then we'll do Brock vs. Fedor, and it'll be a huge fight."
With all the speculation surrounding what would be a monstrous fight, the WAMMA champ addressed many different issues in a recent interview. Among some of the topics discussed, Emelianenko spoke about the possibility of fighting in the UFC and his feelings on a mega-match against Lesnar.
"That (fight with Lesnar) interests me a lot," Emelianenko said through an interpreter. "He's a serious guy and a good fighter. I would definitely be interested in testing my skill."
Nevertheless, the Russian isn’t too happy with the terms and conditions the UFC has put on the table in past discussions with the company. "At the present time, I don't think (I'll be in the UFC)," Emelianenko said. "I don't think you'll see me in the UFC, just because the terms and the manner in which those terms are offered are not acceptable today."
Are you geared up for UFC 101? Then what are you waiting for? Did you know that UFC 101 is stacked with another great fight card?
That’s right, it’s the much-anticipated return of Anderson Silva to the Octagon, and believe me when I tell you: he has plenty to prove this time against a tough Forrest Griffin! Also in action will be another guy with lots to prove after getting destroyed by GSP, as BJ Penn defends his UFC lightweight belt against longtime title contender Kenny Florian!
